I hold a PhD and MSc in Neuroscience, alongside a background in psychology, and that shapes everything about how I work. Each session is tailored to the individual, drawing on current research into how the brain forms and changes patterns over time, so the work is grounded in evidence, not guesswork.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence difficulties, stress, and recurring behavioural patterns, integrating clinical hypnotherapy with Hypno-EMDR where appropriate. Sessions are online, 50–60 minutes, and available across the UK.

Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes and begin with an initial consultation to clarify goals and areas of focus. Work is collaborative and tailored to the individual, with progress reviewed regularly. Sessions are primarily delivered online, with limited in-person availability in central London.
Session fee: £70
Sessions are integrative and informed by neuroscience, integrating hypnotherapy, somatic approaches and elements of Hypno-EMDR and related therapeutic approaches, where appropriate.
