HYPNOTHERAPY
Neuroscience-informed hypnotherapy offers a structured and collaborative approach to change, grounded in an understanding of the brain and nervous system. Sessions focus on nervous system regulation, mindset, and navigating periods of transition, supporting individuals to work with underlying patterns in a practical and evidence-informed way.
The Approach
This work integrates neuroscience, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic practice to support change at both cognitive and nervous system levels. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, sessions explore underlying patterns shaped by experience, creating space for new responses to emerge.
Areas commonly explored:
Stress and nervous system regulation
Confidence and self-trust
Public speaking and performance
Preparation for pregnancy and birth
Habits, patterns, and behavioural change
Focus and mental clarity
Life transitions and adjustment
Session Structure
Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes and begin with an initial consultation to clarify goals and areas of focus. Work is collaborative and tailored to the individual, with progress reviewed regularly. Sessions are primarily delivered online, with limited in-person availability in central London.
Session fee: £70
Sessions are integrative and informed by neuroscience, integrating hypnotherapy, somatic approaches and elements of Hypno-EMDR and related therapeutic approaches, where appropriate.
Please note: this work is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and sessions are offered within a clearly defined therapeutic scope.
