Neuroscience-informed Hypnotherapy

I offer private, one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions grounded in neuroscience and nervous system regulation. This work is practical, collaborative, and tailored to the individual, with a focus on mindset, stress, confidence, and navigating periods of change.

Sessions are designed to support people who want to understand their patterns more clearly and work with the brain and nervous system in a structured, evidence-informed way.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Stress and nervous system regulation

  • Confidence and self-trust

  • Public speaking and performance

  • Preparation for pregnancy and birth

  • Habits, patterns, and behavioural change

  • Focus and mental clarity

  • Life transitions and adjustment

How sessions work

  • Sessions are 50-60 minutes. The first session includes both an initial consultation and hypnotherapy, allowing time to explore what you’d like support with and agree a clear focus for the work.

  • Fees are:

    • £75 for an initial session

    • £70 for follow-up sessions

  • Sessions are mainly delivered online, with a small number of in-person appointments available in central London at a slightly higher rate to cover room hire. The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, and progress is reviewed regularly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

  • Work may integrate neuroscience-informed hypnotherapy and Hypno-EMDR where appropriate
